We are here to meet and greet you, answer questions, or schedule appointments during the following hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 7:30 am — 5:00 pm
Friday: 7:30 am — 1:00 pm
When you arrive for your first visit, please be prepared to complete all insurance and health information forms that will allow us to begin your dental treatment. These forms are very important information for us to get acquainted with you and your dental needs.
Your initial visit will last approximately one hour. After discussing your medical information form a complete cleaning, exam and x-rays will be taken if needed. Oral hygiene instructions will be provided along with suggestions to help you care for your teeth. If needed, we will provide a treatment plan that will outline your dental problems.
APPOINTMENTS
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you may be charged a broken appointment fee.
INSURANCE
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary greatly, we can request a pre-determination from your insurance company-this will give you an idea of what your coverage will be. Payment is expected in full at the time of your visit. As a service to our patients, we will submit forms to your insurance company and you will be directly reimbursed by them.
